cheers, been playing at ukgc licensed sites for 3 years now and honestly feels like they're making it harder and harder to enjoy gambling. first it was lower rtps. then affordability checks. now they want source of funds docs after every decent win. withdrawal times getting longer too
starting to think crypto casinos less hassle even with the risks. am i alone in this?

@Bender Not alone mate. Won £1200 at licensed casino last year and they held it for "source of funds" checks for 6 weeks. Then released £400 saying rest was "bonus abuse"
No-KYC crypto site would've either paid me or not so at least I know...
 
yep and the irony is these regulations supposed to protect players but mostly just make gambling more frustrating. Affordability checks, source of wealth declarations, endless document requests - all while the actual problem gamblers find ways around it anyway.
 
used stake for 3 years before they blocked uk never had single issue with withdrawals even on 5k+ amounts but when i switched to regula sites after ban and honestly the experience is night and day worse. constant affordability checks glacial withdrawals shit bonuses
would go back to no-kyc in heartbeat if i could
 
watching people complain about regulations designed to stop them from gambling away life savings is peak addiction behavior. maybe instead of finding ways around consumer protections you should ask why you need to gamble so desperately

some of us just enjoy gambling recreationally and don't appreciate being treated like babies. theres a middle ground between zero regulation and current nanny state approach

licensed gambling is just surveillance state dressed up as consumer protection. honestly they don't give a fuck about your wellbeing thay want ur data and control over ur funds. trully nokyc is only actual free market in gambling

i think "golden age" of online gambling is over. now its choosing between one shit over another shit
 
I miss when you could just deposit and play without all this surveillance bullshit. 2015 was peak online gambling. Everything since has been downhill
